We’re on a mission to improve mental health services for women.
We are committed to increasing access to quality mental health services for women in the perinatal period and those impacted by trauma through access, funding, and awareness. We are removing barriers with low to no cost individual and group therapy, workshops, and support groups.
Our Mission
-
She Can Hope has three areas of impact: access, awareness, and funding.
Access is where it begins for us. We work to remove the barriers women face when seeking mental health support in some of their most vulnerable times. By creating a network of reputable, highly trained providers with availability we are able to ensure that women receive mental health care when its most needed.
Funding is provided through our Perinatal and Trauma Therapy Access Fund, an initiative that removes barriers to care by linking women to qualified providers who use evidence-based, trauma-informed practices in their treatment.
Awareness takes many forms - distribution of literature, free workshops, social media campaigns to normalize mental health treatment for women, and promoting existing resources.
