She Can Hope is on a mission to increase access to quality mental health services for women in the perinatal period and those impacted by trauma through funding, awareness, and advocacy. Join us as we remove barriers with low to no cost individual and group therapy, workshops, and support groups.

Are you a mental health provider who serves women in the perinatal period or who has experienced trauma and is seeking mental health support? We offer grants to support offering sliding scales, copay assistance, and in some cases covering the cost of services. For more information on becoming a partner, please contact us.

We support women seeking mental health support who are in the perinatal period (pre-conception, pregnancy and up to 1 year postpartum, and women who have experienced infertility or loss) and women who have been impacted by trauma.
